Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards. E-transfer (info@jackstourspei.com) can be accepted in both Canada and the United States or in Cash.

Tours can be cancelled at any time up until 48 hours before the tour with a 10% charge for administrative costs. If a tour needs to be cancelled for reasons beyond your control ie. arriving by cruise ship and ship is unable to dock, a full refund will be issued minus the 10% administrative costs.

If for some reason I am unable to conduct your tour, I will arrange for an alternative tour guide to conduct your tour.
