Payment, Terms & Conditions:
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards. E-transfer (firstname.lastname@example.org) can be accepted in both Canada and the United States or in Cash. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance paid 30 days prior to tour date unless other arrangements are made.
Tours can be cancelled at any time up until 48 hours before the tour with a 10% charge for administrative costs. If a tour needs to be cancelled for reasons beyond your control ie. arriving by cruise ship and ship is unable to dock, a full refund will be issued minus the 10% administrative costs.
If for some reason I am unable to conduct your tour, I will arrange for an alternative tour guide to conduct your tour.
